WELCOME
Waldensians and Methodists are Christians who belong to the family of Protestant churches. Waldensians have been present in Italy since mediaeval times. Methodists have been present in Italy since the nineteenth century: co-operation between these two churches increased after the Second World War, culminating in the signing of a Covenant of Federation in 1975. They are members of the World Council of Churches (WCC) and of the Federation of Protestant Churches in Italy. |
